Everything was simply perfect. It was a wonderful stay for a Palo Alto or Menlo Park visit. The location in a walkable area was amazing and there were shopping centers and the Farmer's market nearby. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were helpful.

The hotel had a lot of little extra amenities that made my stay enjoyable, refrigerator, microwave, iron, comfy bed, choice of soft and firm pillows....and more...
Check in was at 2pm and my room was not cleaned until 2:45pm..annoying.

Well appointed rooms, efficient staff.
Corner room was small and somewhat cramped; No towel rack or place to hang towels. Have stayed here before, and some of the other rooms are larger.

Very nice room in a US-style hotel, good taste in furniture and high quality materials, good self serve breakfast in a dedicated room, quiet

The spacious King Room was a delight, and the thoughtful welcome gifts made my stay feel extra special. The staff's recommendations led me to a fantastic local restaurant.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. While there is no real need to interact, the contact that I had with the personnel was pleasant.
The facilities were minimal, and the general "feel" of the place is decidedly down-market. The exterior is a bit run down. Breakfast was spartan, to say the least. In general I thought it was over-priced for what it is.

I really enjoyed the pool and courtyard area for some relaxation after a long day. The only small downside was some noise from the street, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The bed was outstanding, and the whole room pristinely clean.
Sites in the parking lot need to be a bit bigger. Tv remote didn't work unless it was within a couple of feet of the tv.

The hotel staff was very friendly
We stayed at the room 201 just near the street, and the noise was too annoying

The location was excellent, being close to various shops and dining options. The room was spacious and clean, with amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast options were limited, as many items were depleted when I arrived. I also noticed some minor maintenance issues that could be improved.

Convenient hotel with nice facilities, unbeatable location absolutely on top of everything. Location not far from the San Francisco Bay Area and Peninsula and local shops and restaurants.
